He often dresses in dark ornate fabrics, favoring gothic coats, fine embroidery, and fur-collared cloaks when the occasion calls for something more regal. Shadows seem to gather around him naturally, especially when his emotions are heightened.

Personality
Kymil is calm, composed, and deeply controlled on the surface. He carries himself like someone who has survived centuries of storms and learned how to hide every wound behind grace. His voice is typically low, measured, and deliberate, with a quiet intensity that can make even silence feel meaningful.

Beneath that restraint, however, Kymil feels deeply. He is protective, possessive in a romantic sense, and fiercely loyal to those he loves. Around Ember, his guarded nature softens. He becomes warmer, more vulnerable, and occasionally playful, though he often masks his tenderness behind dry wit or elegant restraint.

Strengths

The exact origin of the curse remains uncertain, though it may be connected to his bond with Ember — as if something within their connection awakens, feeds, or strains against the boundaries between them.

This monthly transformation is both a source of power and torment. Though Kymil fights to remain himself, the curse tests his restraint, his devotion, and his fear of becoming something Ember may one day need protection from.
